Protecting the health and safety of our patients, visitors, and staff is more important now than ever. That’s why we are strictly adhering to CDC guidelines and Covenant Health policy regarding COVID-19. Here’s what you can expect at your upcoming appointment:
Visitor restrictions are still in place at this time, and include:
- Only one adult support person 18 years or older will be allowed to accompany you to your office visit.
- Delivering mothers may have one support person (with matching armband), plus two designated visitors during the entire stay, plus siblings of the newborn. A professional doula may also be present.
If you’re sick or have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19, call our nurses’ line to receive instructions on what to do.
New Masking Guidelines Effective May 2, 2022
Masks are no longer required at our facility except under certain circumstances. Please note, visitors, patients, and healthcare workers may choose to wear a mask at any time, and patients may request that care team members who provide direct patient care wear masks.
We will screen everyone who comes into our practices for fever, cough and shortness of breath.
We’ve implemented enhanced cleaning protocols, especially in high-contact surface areas such as lobbies and patient areas.
